1. Project Overview
- [ ] Client and project lead identified
- [ ] Activity type defined (needs assessment, enduring module, outcomes report, live event content, etc.)
- [ ] Delivery format confirmed (slides, script, article, online module, etc.)
- [ ] Target audience documented (specialty, role, practice setting)
2. Deliverables
- [ ] Draft learning objectives aligned with identified gaps
- [ ] Content outline or storyboard
- [ ] Script, slides, or article content (specify format + word count/slide count)
- [ ] Assessment items (number and type specified: MCQs, polling, case-based, etc.)
- [ ] Reference list in agreed format (AMA, APA, etc.)
- [ ] Outcomes reporting content (if applicable: survey items, short summary narrative)
3. Out-of-Scope Items (clarify early to prevent scope creep)
- [ ] Graphic design and formatting
- [ ] Video production or editing
- [ ] Raw data collection or statistical analysis
- [ ] SME recruitment or scheduling
- [ ] Grant portal formatting or submission
4. Workflow & Timelines
